We will try to manage as many products as possible at the showroom but please understand limitation of space and if you are looking for somespecial product kindly send us the details in email prior to your visit and allow us appropriate time to confirmation if we can manage to show that particular product. We will confirm you the availability of products before your appointment is confirmed for your special requirement.

Yes but first we need to evaluate value of the project, scope, samples development charges, then only we can decide. However any samples will be made at the customer’s cost paid in advance, so please write to our sales team info@q4home.com to discuss further.

We sell the products made by Indian artisans and one of the purpose in to promote their craftsmanship, Sothere can be some variation in product size, finish, looks from piece to piece and from images & details shown on internet / catalog. These variations will be minimal and hope acceptable to you to not to dishearten the artisan.

Also the pictures are taken by profession photographers using modern and high quality cameras and techniques in the professionally created visual environment, so please accept minor variation due this fact also.

Our extensive traveling to artisans’ factories all over country and international trade fairs are the source of inspiration.

No, the products are made based on our inspiration of international trade fairs and visits to work places of Indian artisans. We always try to made some changes in the inspiration to make product fit to Indian market, we do not clain any exclusivity at this stage and same time want to stay harmless if any of the products or image found exclusive to any of the manufacturer, trader, importer, exporters, retails within India or overseas.

Slightly different from Pre-order in terms of the stocks , here even if product is in stock and we offer Lay-by scheme on that , that will help customer to book the product by paying only 40% of the effective price.

If you want to book the product by paying instalment, then we offer to book by paying 40% advance upfront to book the products, then we provide maximum 2 more instalments payable in before 5th of the next months, each instalment will be of 30% of the price. By paying advance and instalments product is bookedand kept aside in the warehouse but shall be dispatched only when 100% of the price is received from customer.

No, we are not charging any interest and price will remain same

Discounts/Promotional schemes: in this case product is already selling at a discount price and price is added with some promotional discounts,, Lay –by scheme is still available if applicable on that product but product shall be dispatched from our warehouse only when 100% price after all applicable discounts, is received from customer.

No, trade/ wholesale business always have its own business terms.

  1. ›  Can we cancel the product ordered under LAY-BY after paying advance?

Once order is booked by paying advance as per term, no money shall be refunded in case of cancellation of order.

  1. ›  What happens if there is any delay in payment or non-payment of instalment under LAY-BY after paying advance?

if there is non-payment or delay of instalment, the order shall be deemed as cancelled and no money will be refunded, this will also allow us to sell the product immediately to anyone else at our own price and terms.

Yes we follow all government rules and regulation and prices on internet are included of applicable taxes

Prices shown on the website does not include GST but once you proceed towards checking our basket will add and show you the prices with GST

Change in address is possible, only if product has not left the warehouse.Change inaddress is not possible once invoicedis raised.

  1. ›  Do you refund taxes /GST in case of cancellation or return of order?

Once Invoice is generated and order is confirmed, in any unfortunate event of cancellation or return of order, GST shall not be refunded.

You must follow government ruling related to that, if you are buying for your business and for your office use, before confirming the order you must mention your company’s GST number we can mention on the invoice and for claim of that GST you must consult your tax and accounts person, we submit/file GST as per rules of government department but do not guarantee your claim of GST.

Delivery cost depends on the item you have purchased and your location, please provide your complete address with pin code to check and delivery cost and inform you. For few locations we have included the cost of the delivery also, so please enter pin code to check and if we are not currently serving your area, then send us enquiry and sales team shall check and let you the best offer from our side.

Yes once product leaves the warehouse an email will be sent to you with tracking details and estimated delivery date and time

We have put best efforts to ensure delivery in time and delivery company shall attempt to the address as per their delivery policy and hope you understand the cost of delivery for such expensive, large size items are high so if unfortunately any of the order is returned, then before resending the same, we have to wait for few weeks to until we receive the order back to our warehouse but the order can’t be cancelled in this case and no money back policy in this case. Also the delivery charges shall be paid by the customer in additional of the original booking, for which our sales team shall contact the customer and inform the cost of reshipping and once customer pay this delivery charge, our warehouse team shall send the order again.

We have done a number of shipments across the globe, but it totally depends on your location, the value of the order, before your confirm order please send us your enquiry with complete address, zip code, we shall check delivery charges to your destination and product shall be dispatched once you agree and pay the complete cost of order and delivery charges.

This totally depends on the address you provide, for our recognized services areas, normal delivery time is 7 working days. We do not take orders for outside services areas, so always enter correct pin codes before ordering. However for out of service areas, our sales team will check and let you know the delivery cost and delivery time. Once you accept delivery term, you will be asked to pay the order and after 100% payment order shall be dispatched.

Order delivery is to up to your door only and sadly we are unable to deliver/fit the product to your desired room. If you have ordered a large item please ensure that at the time of delivery you have someone to assist you
